Field Notes & Case Study Standards
Real Zarts images explained at the level the available evidence supports—plus a clear standard for the complete customer case studies that will follow.
Visual field notes
These records explain genuine service images without inventing a customer, city, property type, service date, measurement, or outcome. They are not full case studies, and every page says so directly.

A useful case study should help a homeowner understand the starting condition, the decision process, the work completed, and the documented result. Each case study must document an actual service visit rather than rely on a stock photo or a customer review taken out of context.
- Verified job context: service date, approved broad location, property type, system type, and reason for the visit.
- Observed condition: component-specific findings documented in job notes or clearly linked photographs.
- Accurate scope: the components cleaned or evaluated, the method actually used, access limitations, and any work outside Zarts’ scope.
- Documented result: visible change, measured airflow when a valid measurement exists, or a clearly labeled customer-reported outcome.
- Media and quote permission: images tied to the same service record, metadata handled for privacy, and customer wording attributed to the correct platform.
The current photo library contains strong before-and-after duct comparisons and genuine dryer vent condition images, but most do not yet have the verified work-order details needed for a complete story. Zarts does not assign a service location without supporting records or convert a health comment, drying-time impression, or dramatic lint photo into a guaranteed result.
A detailed customer review with linked photos may become a future candidate after Zarts confirms the work record and receives the necessary photo permission. Until then, the evidence stays unpublished or is presented only at the narrower level it can support.
